Elba Naturals N.2- Anti Acne/Anti Treatment Gel Review

I don't usually have acne issues but sometimes I have one or two blemishes that I imagine appear due to postpartum hormones. I have used Elba Natural's n.2 Anti Acne / Anti Blemish gel a couple times in the last few weeks and it seems to have helped eliminate the blemishes that appeared.

I love that this particular product is all natural and organic. In fact that is what I love about all of my Elba products. They aren't filled with all of the extra chemicals that other products have and it doesn't have the gross chemical smell either.

Kauffmade Silicone Cupcake Pan & Liners Review

I was pretty excited to order and try out these silicone baking liners and cupcake pan. I've been seeing them in the store for a while now but kept putting off purchasing them, unsure if they worked that well. All in all, I think they did. 

I was slightly disappointed I still needed to spray the liners because I am used to the silicone baking and grilling mats that don't need to be sprayed. However, they still worked fairly well. I did miss a spot in a couple of my holes though so I had a couple pieces break off but it wasn't significant and super noticeable. 

I decided to try my cupcakes both with and without the liners to see how the product works. I prefer the finished product with the liners but it still baked well without the liners. I love the colorful liners provided also because they are super cute and festive.

Advanced Color Care System Review

I always side eye new hair products because I wonder "will it REALLY work? Will it REALLY do what they claim??" Well, for once, after trying Arvazallia's three part system I can answer that with a YES!!! 

My hair needed some serious therapy after having my daughter (normal hormone imbalance mixed with losing nutrients from breastfeeding and it was looking a hot mess). I noticed after the first use that my hair seemed healthier and softer. I have now used it four times while I mix up between the conditioning mask and the conditioner after the shampoo and I am so impressed. My hair looks so much healthier and I seriously didn't expect that. 

I figured this would just be another one of those wasted products that I just use because I have it on hand but don't really care to keep as a part of my usual regimen. I was wrong because it really does work. If you color your hair and need a little extra nutrients added to it to make it look healthier then I highly recommend you try the shampoo, conditioner, and conditioning mask because you will not be disappointed.

Therapeutic Foot Soak Review

After I had my daughter two years ago I started taking more natural approaches to my health and the care of my body. One of those natural approaches was the use of essential oils to help with illness or skin issues, specifically lavender and tea tree oils. So when I was given the opportunity to review this therapeutic foot soak with tea tree oil from Oleavine Health I was pretty excited.

SelpHbalance pH strips Review

I was given the opportunity to test and review SelpHbalance pH strips this past month. For the purposes of this blog I used it to test the pH levels in my body via my saliva. You can also use urine but since I needed to do a video review and post photos I thought saliva would be my best bet. Ha!

My pH level came out to be around 7-7.25 (hard to tell which is truly is) which is in the normal range for acidity and alkalinity. I had to spit in a spoon, dip the strip, then wait about 15 seconds for the results. You also have to do this 2 hours after eating otherwise you can skew the results.

In addition to using this to test body pH levels you can also use it to test the soil and your pool water so this product has many functions around your home! If you would like to purchase your own then they have a pack of 100 at Amazon for $9.95

Natural Insect Killer Review

Last week my kitchen was taken over by gnats. Why? I have NO idea! But they came out of the wood works and it was AWFUL! So what do you do when your kitchen is taken over but you don't want to use harsh chemicals where you cook? You try a non toxic spray, that's what. 

My dad used this and he said he has never seen anything work quite like it. In fact, when he saw just how well it worked he didn't believe me that it was non toxic and natural. He said there is no way something natural works SO WELL! Ha!

According to their Amazon page it works by breaking down their exoskeleton with a proprietary formula that breaks down their exoskeleton until the bugs liquify and die. It does not kill on contact but will kill after a few minutes. It kills larvae, eggs, an adult insects.

I haven't tried this on any other type of bugs but if it works on them as well as it works on gnats then I am sold! I found a really gross large spider in my bathroom the other day that I wish I could have used this on so I think I may put some in a smaller bottle so I can keep it in different rooms of the house that way I don't have to go searching for it and risk losing the bug in the process.

Gurin Dehumidifier Review

My master bath retains an excessive amount of moisture. The only thing I can figure is that it is due to the shower being separate from the tub. Whatever is causing this though makes it so that I have to keep my bathroom door open at all times to allow it to air out and dry. Otherwise the walls end up with mildew and moisture and then I'm in there having to clean that.

This Gurin dehumidifier is perfect for my bathroom and helps with the excess moisture issue I have been experiencing over the years. I really don't know why I didn't think of trying one of these out in the bathroom sooner to help with my issue. That would have helped me out tremendously! This is small enough and compact so I can use it in the bathroom without it taking up too much space but it still gets the job done.
