Armful of Love Breastfeeding Shield Review

I received two different breastfeeding shield cases from Armful of Love. I cannot say enough amazing things about this product. It is absolutely game changing for a breastfeeding mother dealing with latch issues.

When my daughter was born she could not latch to the breast. For three months we battled latch issues and we either used a shield so she could latch or I exclusively pumped and gave her a bottle until one day she finally just learned and it clicked. It was hell until that time occurred. I cannot tell you how difficult it was keeping track of the nipple shields. I lost so many I cannot even count. I was also frustrated because I felt like I couldn't keep them sanitary enough. I would wrap them in a napkin, put in a ziploc bag, or just toss them in the diaper bag. That was so frustrating..I had to keep pacifier wipes on hand at all times so I could clean them prior to use since they were just tossed in the diaper bag. I always said I wish I had a case specifically created for my nipple shield.

And BAM. Here they are! Amful of Love has two different colors available on Amazon. You can choose pink or blue and they will keep your shields in place and clean. How amazing is that? I cannot recommend this product enough to a mother who needs to use a shield. You seriously want this product in your diaper bag!! You need it!

Bugaby Nursing Cover

I received this nursing cover by Bugaby which is available for purchase on Amazon. I am planning to give it to a new mother who wants to breastfeed and also wants to use a nursing cover as a baby shower gift but I am impressed with it thus far. 

It came with a pouch to keep it in which is super handy. Once your done you can just roll it up, put it in the pouch, and toss in the diaper bag. How simple is that?!

It also has an adjustable strap on the back that keeps the cover from blowing off in the wind if you're nursing outside. Some babies like to play with the covers also so it should keep them from accidentally pulling it off as well.

Another huge plus for me is the pocket. I have never seen a pocket on a nursing cover before but this is perfect to keep a small snack, burp cloth, or cell phone in.

IntiMom Breastfeeding Cover Review

I received the IntiMom breastfeeding cover and was pretty impressed with the size of it. This cover should fit most women and their baby if they choose to cover. 

 

I personally do not cover when I nurse my daughter (she hates anything covering her, even a blanket at bed time!) but I do love this for pumping! I have worked in an office setting where there were multiple women sharing an office and sometimes it was hard to get away from the desk and computer so pumping while working just had to happen. The cover makes it so much easier so no one has to worry about a little nip slip and everyone can be comfortable.

I also love the bag it comes with so you can just throw it in there when you are done and then toss it in your diaper bag (or pump bag! whichever you happen to need it for!). I definitely recommend this for any mother that chooses to cover while nursing or pumping!
