I try to live a semi-healthy lifestyle which means exercising when time permits (single mom to a very active toddler!). I have rods in my back from scoliosis however, so there are a lot of physical things that cause me more pain. So, I'm a bit limited in the exercises I can do. I really liked using these type of exercise balls during physical therapy after my surgery, so I was thrilled to be given the opportunity to receive one discounted in exchange for my honest review of it.

I am happy with it! It comes with the hand air pump to blow it up which is super convenient. The first thing I noticed is that it is very durable and strong. 

Fitness balls have various exercise purposes:  It can be used as part of a pilates program or for yoga (I am trying to get into yoga to help with my back after the surgery). Fitness balls can also improve your core and overall strength as well.

Limm Jump Rope Review and CONTEST!

I used to love jumping rope as a child. It was one of my favorite things to do in Physical Education (actually it was just about the only thing I liked about P.E.! haha) Naturally I had a million different types of jump ropes at home as well. Well, none of them were as awesome as the Limm Jump Rope. The quality of a simple braided rope just cannot compare to the Limm Jump Rope since it is made from a high quality rubber.

The length of the rope starts at 9.8 feet and is quickly and easily adjustable as you can see in the photo I got from their Amazon page. The handle unscrews allowing you to adjust the length of the rope.

The handles are also very soft and made from foam so you can grip them without it hurting the palm of your hand. The handles are also ball bearing which ensure that the rope turns without tangling.
